Description
Studies have shown that SR9009 and SR9011, when taken together, can help to reduce fat mass, improve dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia in mice. The activation of REV-ERB by these two chemicals leads to an enhancement of circadian rhythm, which affects behaviour, sleep cycle and some functions related to increased energy production. GW-501516, also known as Cardarine, is a PPAR agonist that has been found to increase endurance and stamina in mice. A study on the effects of GW-501516 for enhancing running endurance showed that it increased the running performance of both trained and untrained mice, by promoting mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation and increasing fat metabolism in muscle tissue.
