S-23 is a novel selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SARM) that has the potential to inhibit gonadotropin release, thereby inhibiting testosterone and gonadal steroid production. This, in turn, could lead to infertility. S-23 acts as a highly potent AR ligand that produces anabolic effects in androgen-responsive tissues, including skeletal muscle and bone. Simultaneously, S-23 exerts minimal androgenic effects, thereby making it an ideal anti-androgen for reversing Androgen Deprivation Therapy-induced (ADT-induced) androgen deficiency.<\/p>\n
