Shipping and Return Policy

When placing an order on our website, you can be assured your purchase will be shipped out within 48 hours of the order being placed. If your order happens to be placed during the weekend, it will be shipped out the next business day. We will then send you an email with your tracking information, so that you can know exactly where your purchase is and just how long it will take to reach you. Tracking may not be available immediately due to sometimes taking up to 24 hours to properly update. If you prefer, you can also track your purchase on our website, through the “Track My Order” feature. As far as delivery time, our orders normally reach their destinations in 2-5 business days but may occasionally take longer, if you are in another country. On average, domestic orders shipped within the United States are received within 5 days, after the order has been shipped. If for some reason your order has not shipped, we do offer the option of canceling your order by contacting us through our customer support at [email protected].

All of domestic orders are shipped from inside the United States and at the moment, we do not ship to Cuba, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Iran, and Sudan. We charge a worldwide flat rate shipping fee of $35.00 and if your order is over $250, it will qualify for free shipping. Depending on your location, you may have the option of faster express shipping through DHL or FedEx. We do, however, reserve the right to change our shipping rates/options without any prior notice to our customers. When an international order is shipped outside of the United States, it has to go through customs. There is a very small possibility that the order may become lost or may be taken ahold of. In these rare situations, we will email you about the problem and you may have your choice of us reshipping your order or receiving a refund.

Upon receiving your order, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you do have 30 days to file a claim with us, for a refund. This can result in a replacement item being sent to you or you returning the purchase and receiving a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. In the event of receiving a purchase that is missing items, we will replace what is missing and cover the shipping cost ourselves, if you are able to provide proof of the error. Please take note, all of our orders are logged and pictures are taken, in order to prevent any possible dishonest claims. However, if there was an error in your shipping address or a delivery issue that is no fault of our own, we are not responsible for refunds or replacement of purchases.
