Description
GW-0742 is a PPARβ/δ agonist that has been shown to improve glucose homeostasis and increase insulin sensitivity in diabetic rats. In diabetic rats fed a high fructose diet, a group given GW0742 showed lower blood sugar compared to the control group. GW0742 has potential to increase fat loss by boosting metabolism and stimulating the utilization of fat for fuel.
