Description
GW-501516, also known as Cardarine, is a PPAR agonist which has been shown to increase endurance and stamina. A study done on the effects of GW-501516 for enhancing running endurance in Kunming mice demonstrated that a 3-week dosing protocol with GW501516 was able to increase performance related to running of both trained and untrained mice. This suggests that GW501516 could be a potential treatment for increasing endurance in humans. Additionally, a recent study on diet-induced obese mice treated with SR9009 and SR9011 (i.e., two times a day for 30 days) have been reported to display decreased fat mass and markedly improved dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia.
