Description
S4 (Andarine) is a Selective androgen receptor modulator, or SARM, that has been found to have benefits in treating conditions related to muscle wasting, osteoporosis and benign prostatic hyperplasia. It is able to mimic many of the beneficial pharmacologic effects associated with testosterone. SR9009 and SR9011 are PPAR agonists that have been found to display decreased fat mass and markedly improved dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia in mice. GW–501516 is a PPAR agonist that has been found to enhance running endurance in mice.
