Description
The study found that the mice who were treated with SR9009 and SR9011 had decreased fat mass and improved dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia. The activation of REV-ERB led to the enhancement of circadian rhythm in the mice, which affected their behaviour, sleep cycle, and energy production.
