Description
RAD 140, or testolone, is a nonsteroidal, selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) that has been in development since 2010. It has been shown to have great efficacy at the muscles, bones, and prostate in both rat and monkey studies. It has also been shown to have high ediability and bioavailability in rats and monkeys.
In addition, a recent study investigating how RAD 140 affects levator ani and prostate weight in castrated rats, which are sensitive to detecting androgenic activity in young nonhuman primates. The results of this study show that RAD 140 stimulates the levator ani muscle in castrated rats.
