Dispatch cut-off
Orders paid and confirmed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day. Card and Zelle payments confirm instantly; Cash App and crypto orders ship as soon as we verify the payment on-chain or match the confirmation reference you submit.
Packaging
- Cold-chain insulation. Every peptide vial and temperature-sensitive powder ships inside an insulated pouch with a fresh gel-pack refresh at pack-out.
- Discreet outer box. The outer carton is plain white, unmarked, and shipped from a generic sender name. There is no OnPeptides branding on the outside.
- Protective inserts. Foam inserts protect the vials and prevent movement during transit.
- Tamper-evident seals on every inner package.
Domestic shipping (US)
- USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express depending on order value.
- Flat rate of $12.5 on orders under $200.
- Free Express Shipping automatically applies to any order of $200 or more.
- Typical transit: 2–4 business days for Priority, 1–2 business days for Express.
- Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the label is generated.
International shipping
We ship to most research institutions worldwide. Depending on destination we use USPS International Express, DHL, or FedEx International Priority. Buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged at the destination.
- International orders may require additional documentation confirming laboratory or institutional affiliation.
- We do not ship to countries under active OFAC embargo.
- Some destinations restrict specific compounds; if a compound is prohibited we will contact you and offer a full refund.
Delivery estimates
Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We cannot ship to a P.O. box on Express services.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking has been marked delivered but the package is missing, contact us at support@onpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number (starts with
NXP-). - Photos of the outer carton and inner insulation.
- Photos of every damaged vial or bottle.
We will file a carrier claim, arrange a replacement, or refund the affected item(s) at our option.
Returns
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research reagents, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened or a tamper-evident seal has been broken. Unopened, undamaged product may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping fees are not refunded). Buyer pays return shipping.
To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or authorise the refund. Crypto refunds are sent to the address the payment came from unless you specify otherwise.
Order changes and cancellations
Before an order ships we can change items or shipping address on request. Once an order has shipped we cannot recall it — please double-check your address at checkout.
