2. Research-use-only warranty
Every product sold through OnPeptides.com is intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. Nothing we sell is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, medical device, or food product. Our products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, clinical use, or in-vivo administration.
By placing an order you affirm that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or purchasing agent authorised to acquire research chemicals.
- You will handle, store, use, and dispose of the products only within a controlled laboratory setting and in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- You will not administer any product to a human being or animal, and you accept sole responsibility for how the product is used after it leaves our facility.
3. Order acceptance
Every order is subject to acceptance by OnPeptides. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we suspect a violation of these Terms, if we are unable to verify the buyer’s identity, if a product is out of stock, or if there is an error in pricing or product information. In such cases we will refund any amount already paid.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any duties or taxes that may apply at your destination. We accept credit & debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT-TRC20, USDT-ERC20). Crypto orders receive an automatic 10% discount and are marked awaiting payment until the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Manual payment orders will be released to processing once we verify the payment reference you submit.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel or adjust affected orders.
5. Shipping and title
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon our tender of the shipment to the carrier. Detailed shipping and returns terms live at /shipping.
6. Returns and refunds
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research reagents, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened or a temperature-controlled seal has been broken. For unopened, undamaged product returned within 7 days of delivery, we will refund the item price (minus shipping) at our discretion. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will offer a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on OnPeptides.com — including brand marks, product images, chromatogram graphics, textual descriptions, and COA layouts — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or resell content without express written permission.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its products to:
- Administer research chemicals to any person or animal;
- Resell, distribute, or repackage our products without a bona-fide research or supply agreement;
- Impersonate another researcher or institution to obtain products;
- Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse-engineer the site’s technical infrastructure.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the products are supplied “as is” for research use. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. Our sole obligation on a defective lot is replacement of that lot or refund of the amount paid for that lot.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnPeptides and its suppliers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnPeptides against any claim, damage, or expense arising from your misuse of the products (including any administration to a human or animal) or from your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
